Services

PhaseNext Biomedical Academy provides hands-on, industry-relevant training in the medical device and healthcare technology field. Programs include theoretical modules, real medical equipment handling, field visits, and certification support. All program details, including structure and duration, are clearly outlined before enrollment.

Client Responsibilities

Participants must provide accurate and complete information at the time of enrollment. Attending all sessions, actively participating in practical training, and adhering to academy guidelines is mandatory. Any delay or loss of training benefits due to lack of attendance or communication is not the academy’s responsibility.

Payments

All course fees must be paid as per the schedule shared during registration. Fees once paid are non-refundable after course commencement. Late or incomplete payments may result in restricted access to sessions, delay in certification, or course termination.

Intellectual Property

All training material, content, and teaching methodology remain the intellectual property of PhaseNext. Reproduction, sharing, or commercial use of this material is strictly prohibited unless written permission is obtained.

Shipping Policy

We do not offer physical product deliveries as our services are primarily educational and training-based. Hence, shipping is Not Applicable.

Confidentiality

PhaseNext ensures that all personal information, shared documents, and data remain confidential. This information is used only for training, placement, and academic coordination, and will never be shared without consent.

Limitation of Liability

PhaseNext is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or disruption during training sessions or field visits. All safety instructions must be followed, and participants attend at their own risk.

Termination

PhaseNext reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or batches if necessary. Either party (academy or student) may terminate the agreement with proper written notice. In such cases, dues must be cleared, and no refunds will be issued for the attended portion of the training.

Revisions & Support

Participants may request support and clarification within the course period. Any additional sessions, support, or content access outside of the agreed period may attract extra charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • You may request cancellation or a refund for eligible services within 1-2 days of purchase.

  • After this period, refund or cancellation requests will not be entertained unless specified otherwise under special offers or agreements.

Refund Processing Time
  • Once a refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 1-2 days.

  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
